We’ll help you take on wild new adventures, gently nudge you to push yourself, try that thing that scares you, and come home with one hell of a story. IF that’s your thing. If not, that’s okay too.

Travel Design

  • Perhaps you already know where you’d like to go. Perhaps you have absolutely no clue. We’ll ask the basics so we can start getting creative.

  • Next, we’ll schedule a quick call to really drill down on what makes an amazing trip for you, to explain our services and make sure we are a good travel-planning team.

  • If we decide to move forward, we’ll take a trip planning deposit ($750/week) and then we’ll kick it into high gear. Here we’ll propose a few basic itinerary outlines; think of this as a high-level overview with lodging options, experiences we think you’ll like, and some basic logistics.

  • Once we decide on a basic outline, we’ll really start drilling down to define and refine every detail of your trip (while making sure we leave room for spontaneity). We might bring in more experts, have a few more phone calls, send a few more ideas your way to really refine your trip.

  • At this stage we will have an expertly planned and thoughtful trip. A few tweaks along the way are always welcome (and expected). We’ll make any relevant deposits for special experiences or lodging (safaris often require 30% deposit to confirm your spot).

  • The time in between the planning and your trip is wraught with excitement and (sometimes) anxiety. We’ll be sending you lots of good info along the way; maybe some goodies to prepare you for the trip and keep that excitement at its peak. You’ll have everything you need for your trip. Now you just need to pack.

  • Its time! Get on that plane and out into the world- all the details are taken care of. We’ll be here the whole time, just a phone call or WhatsApp away in case anything comes up.

  • Boo, coming back from an amazing trip sucks. But you’re back to your own comfy beds, your family/friends/pets, and your favorite slippers. Perfect timing to tell us all about your trip and relive the journey. We’ll take your feedback, the good, the bad, and the ugly (every piece of it makes us better) so we can make your next trip even better.

  • Rinse and Repeat.
